Shipping & Delivery

Ship-from: All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Order cut-off: 12:00 noon Pacific Time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment and verification. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays start processing on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates (after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.

• European Union: 4–6 business days transit time. Total delivery = 6–10 business days (processing + transit).

Important: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and chosen service level. Any available upgrades (such as express delivery) will be displayed before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Taxes, VAT & Duties

All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the purchase price for international orders.

We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
• If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, we can reship it (with additional postage) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

1. Notify the carrier and obtain a claim/case number.
2. Email support@eurotechy.com within 14 days of delivery scan (or expected delivery date for lost items), including photos and your claim number.

Important: Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We do not refund shipping fees for carrier-caused delays.
