This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights (including the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU/FR law).

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 12-month commercial warranty on eligible refurbished electronics.

What’s Covered

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse
  • Battery defects or abnormal degradation under normal use
  • Charging and power issues
  • Display faults (e.g., dead pixels, non-functional panels)
  • Functional failures not attributable to accidental damage

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental or cosmetic damage (drops, cracks, liquid)
  • Damage following unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software/app issues, malware, forgotten passwords
  • Loss/theft, or damage from misuse/neglect

Your EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

EU/EEA consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. For withdrawal:

  • Email support@eurotechy.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
  • We refund the product price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered at checkout (premium/express upgrades are not refunded). We may wait to refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
  • No flat restocking fee: We may apply a deduction only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Eurotechy’s 30-Day Returns (Commercial Policy)

Beyond your 14-day statutory right, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of shipment for items in similar condition.

  • Return eligibility (days 15–30): Item in the same condition as received (unworn, unused), with original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible; proof of purchase required.
  • Who pays shipping: For non-fault returns, the customer pays return shipping (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct its cost from the refund if preferred).
  • Processing deduction (days 15–30 only): We may apply up to a 10% processing deduction to help cover inspection, secure data wipe, and repackaging. This does not apply to the 14-day statutory withdrawal or to defective/damaged/not-as-described returns.
  • Diminished value: If the device shows excess wear, missing accessories, or other loss in value (e.g., activation locks preventing testing), we may deduct the actual loss in value, itemized on the refund.

If your device experiences a functional issue, you remain covered by our 12-month warranty. Physical/liquid damage voids the commercial warranty.

If accessories (e.g., cable/adapter) are missing on return, a small fee may apply to replace them.

Activation Locks & Data Security

To process returns or warranty claims, the device must be free of activation/account locks (e.g., iCloud, Google, Samsung) and passcode locks so it can be fully inspected and securely wiped. Refunds/repairs cannot be completed until locks are removed.

How to Make a Warranty or Return Claim

  1. Contact: support@eurotechy.com
  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos/video if applicable.
  3. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps (repair, replacement, or return instructions and RMA).

We aim to resolve most warranty cases within 5–7 business days after receiving the device.

EU Consumer Protection Compliance

Our commercial warranty and return policies operate alongside your statutory rights (including the legal guarantee of conformity) under applicable EU and French law. If your country provides additional mandatory protections, we will honor them.
