Return & Refund Policy
At Eurotechy, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished tech. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Your EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
EU/EEA consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
- Email support@eurotechy.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
- We refund the product price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered at checkout (premium/express upgrades are not refunded). Refunds may be delayed until we receive the goods or proof of return.
- Return shipping: For change-of-mind withdrawals, the customer pays return shipping unless we agree otherwise.
- No restocking fee: Deductions may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Eurotechy’s 30-Day Returns (Commercial Policy)
Beyond your 14-day statutory right, Eurotechy offers a 30-day commercial return option for change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility (days 15–30):
- Item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused).
- Include original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Shipping: Customer pays return shipping for non-fault returns (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from the refund if preferred).
- Processing deduction (days 15–30 only): Up to 10% may be deducted to cover inspection, secure data wipe, and repackaging. This does not apply to statutory withdrawals or defective/damaged/not-as-described returns.
- Diminished value: If the device shows excess wear, missing accessories, or other value loss (e.g., activation locks preventing testing), we may deduct the actual loss in value, itemized on the refund.
- Accessories: A small fee may apply for missing items such as chargers or adapters.
Devices remain covered by our 12-month warranty for functional issues. Physical or liquid damage voids this coverage.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, email support@eurotechy.com. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at support@eurotechy.com. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your original product following the above process, then place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to release the funds.
